Two non-seasonal Fantasy games will complement the BLAST Showdown qualifiers starting on Friday.

Pelaajat Nordic Masters Fall 2022 will kickstart the action as teams from Scandinavia and Northern Europe battle it out for a spot at the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown. A Fantasy game will accompany the online event with the HLTV x Roobet League providing skin prizes for the top-placed teams.

The tournament will host eight teams evenly divided into two GSL groups where best-of-one matches will decide the two squads that advance to the playoffs. The knockout phase is a standard best-of-three, single-elimination bracket.

As expected from their ranking, players from ENCE dominated the most popular picks for the event as all five players made it into the top eight list. Valdemar "⁠valde⁠" Bjørn Vangså ($199,000) and Paweł "⁠dycha⁠" Dycha ($215,000) take the top two spots, with Benjamin "⁠brzer⁠" Jensen ($190,000) from ECSTATIC rounding out the podium.

The prizes for the top three teams are:

TWR Eastern European Masters Fall 2022 will also be accompanied by the HLTV x Roobet League. The tournament format will be exactly the same as the Nordic qualifier, meaning eight teams will compete in two separate BO1 GSL groups before a BO3 playoffs stage.

MOUZ and Eternal Fire are the only teams ranked in the top 30 at the event, making them the favorites to clinch the invite to the Fall showdown. Jon "⁠JDC⁠" de Castro ($201,000), Christopher "⁠dexter⁠" Nong ($196,000), Ömer "⁠imoRR⁠" Karataş ($196,000), and Engin "⁠MAJ3R⁠" Küpeli ($198,000) are the most popular players with more than 500 picks each.

Both Fantasy games this time around will be non-seasonal, meaning that they will not contribute any points to the Fall Season 2022 Fantasy Leaderboard.
